Georgie Fielden Holistic Therapist
I seek out the underlying causes of symptoms by looking at the physical,
mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of a person whilst taking
into account external factors such as environment, diet, lifestyle, relationships
and social factors thereby treating the individual as a whole.
I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Aromatherapist and Sports
Massage Therapist listed on the FHT Complementary Healthcare Therapist
Register, which has been approved by the Professional Standards Authority.
I studied Holistic Aromatherapy at the Bristol School of Aromatherapy,
before going on to study the effect of carrier and essential oils on sports
training and performance. I then qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and I
am passionate about entwining the two therapies within my working practice
today.
Sports Aromatherapy Massage “Georgie’s Signature Treatment” artfully combines carrier and
essential oils with a vast array of body work and soft tissue massage
techniques. This, alongside my sporting and adventure travel background and my
personal journey through a life-changing chronic injury, makes it a truly
unique treatment experience.
Swedish Massage “Blissfully Balancing Bodywork” gentle massage techniques can be used alongside deeper yet relaxing soft
tissue work to relieve specific areas of tension and muscular aches and pains. The amount of pressure I use
is always client led, depending on your preference.
Sports Massage a thorough consultation and body assessment is undertaken with a
view to putting together a tailored treatment plan focussing on injury
prevention and improving sports performance. A great choice to support you through training and your next sporting event or season.
Sports massage is also a good tool for chronic conditions, postural
problems and repetitive strain injuries and is often recommended for manual
labourers and sedentary workers alike. Holistically tailored maintenance plans
are available to target chronic conditions.
Home exercises, stretches and self-massage techniques will be provided if required.

Kundalini Yoga
A Sacred Technology “The Power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual
experience. It goes right into your heart and extends your consciousness so you
may have a wider horizon of grace and knowing the truth.” [Yogi Bhajan]
Kundalini Yoga ~ The Yoga of Awareness* Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is designed to give you a practical experience of your
highest consciousness. It teaches a method by which you can achieve the sacred
purpose of your life. It is universal and nondenominational.
Kundalini Yoga is a Sacred Science because it provides a technology, a
method by which anyone who practices it can experience the process of G.O.D.,
the divine identity within. It is much more than just a system of physical exercises. It is a
dynamic, powerful tool for expanding awareness.
Benefits of Kundalini Yoga
“In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes
right to your heart. No words can replace your experience. Your mind may accept
the words or it may not, but your consciousness will not accept just words.” [Yogi Bhajan]
The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system,
strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind
and emotions so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled
by our thoughts and feelings.
This technology combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks
and postures in a precise, conscious manner to affect body, mind and soul.
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with
the challenges of living in this day and age.

If any of my services resonate with an upcoming sporting event, yoga retreat, holistic wellbeing fayre or private function please do get in touch.
I love meeting people and learning from them so I enjoy writing bespoke talks for groups and events. For example, some talks I have written have been about - tales of my cycle adventures - my chronic pain journey - my passion of aromatherapy - my spiritual journey. If there is something I have experienced first hand in life that I can share and explore to help others, I am happy to do so.
